Always happy to make a donation! Today the man at this specific location was rude while we were dropping off items for donation. Refusing some furniture and saying his back hurts. I feel for him as he’s older, however there was no reason to be rude to someone donating perfectly good pieces of furniture.

The people who worked here used to be friendly and say hello and help you unload your car. The 2 crotchety old lady’s there yesterday wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I asked for an extra cart (as we had a lot of stuff) they didn’t offer to help or give us a receipt. They actually never spoke a word to us, makes me not even want to donate my stuff here anymore.
