Had to schedule to get 2 tires changed. 1st getting them on the phone is extremely hard. It took several calls to get someone. Once the appointment was scheduled everything went pretty smoothly. It took about 15 minutes past my scheduled time to get the car in. The waiting room is not inviting at all.

While the service is good and inexpensive the wait is incredibly long. If you are just getting an oil change and go early in the day or weekdays it is not so bad. If you had any sort of services to go after late morning on the weekends it's horrendously slow. Mainly due to no or inefficient counter staff.

They turned me away to fix my tire at 5:30. Wouldn't take me after driving 25 minutes in traffic to get there. The manager turned me away.

THIS PLACE WAS BAD!!! Went there to replace a trie. The guy that placed the order was rude and full of conditions for why they wouldn’t do this or that. After I got a ride to work they call me and state they didn’t feel comfortable doing the work. It’s changing a tire. I got a ride back to pick my automobile up and all of the techs were just sitting around talking. They just didn’t want to work. What they did do for me was completely waste my time. Never again!
