Lived here for year, never experienced any issues. The management team, Chris and Brian, are always really friendly, responsive and available. Any of my maintenance requests were handled promptly, parking was never an issue. Overall very happy having been a resident here

So glad we left this place. Don't expect any of your security money back. We left the unit in great condition. We cleaned the place inside and out including the fridge and bathroom. We ended up owing when we left. Management messed up our renewal when we renewed our 2nd year lease ( I don't know what we were thinking renewing). The trash containers are always full because the tenants like to throw away their large pieces of furniture. From the outside the complex looks amazing because its in the middle of poor living conditions, but once you enter the complex its a whole other story. If you like police sirens, high water/trash bills, clueless management, and no parking spaces then this place is right for you!!!

The apartments are good its just the management is horrible. Elisabeth is the worst person ever. She tries to be condescending and gets an attitude for everything like if you owe her something.
