Is the rent income based?

I do know that the complex accepts Section 8 which is based on your income, through the housing choice voucher program though the Housing Authority in San Bernardino County

Is this a quite place to live. Is it clean and safe. My husban has ms can't walk we need a safe sucure place that excepts section 8.

The Fountains at Sierra does accept Section 8 and the wait list is 2 years.You can go to the leasing office to fill out the paperwork and you'll be added to the list with the apartment that you prefer.
