I bring all my vehicles here and no matter what location I receive the absolute best service. Today it's 4 tires on the trailer costco wouldn't do this but America's tire knocks it out again.

Very organized, informative and efficient. Every experience I've had at this place was top tier. no complaints ever. Its always clean (Even the restroom), all the service techs are friendly. I hope they never get new management because I don't think the current service can be matched.

It’s ok to keep your customers informed. Stopped in because of a screw in my tire. Not my home town and while traveling. I am a long time Americas Tire Fan and my review will not say don’t use this business. I understand busy and schedules. I needed to wait - so no problem. But to give me an estimated time approx 2 hours and I agree to wait. Then you approach me to see if I’ve been helped, you find that I’m waiting - you see where I am in line - then you tell me….oh, we have our appointments that have come in also, so we need to push your wait time another 45 minutes. If you didn’t ask if I’d been helped, what - I would just be waiting and thinking “hmmm”?? I left went down the street to Les Schwab was in and out in 30 minutes and I would have waited longer as long as they gave me a fair estimate of my wait time. Things change all the time, just keep your customers informed. Or just as simple - you should have said you already know you have many appts and the wait could be very long - I would have coordinated options.

Moved about a year ago from Chino, and always had a great experience with the location on Central Ave. Woke up today with a nail in the tread, so I threw the spare on and headed over. These guys were friendly and fast! Kyle helped me out, gave, me an update on the health of my tires, and got the guys going on the repair. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I'll be back!
