Wonderful friendly staff and great place to train. Whether you are just getting back in shape or interested in competing this gym has you covered. Highly recommend it. I've trained in several boxing gyms and MMA gyms. This was my first time learning kickboxing. I wish I found this place sooner.

The instructors, admins, attendees- all of them just good human beings. Great diversity in the classes they offer. You can attend classes that either emphasized getting in shape or learning good strike technique. They had a very open/inviting environment. I had previous experience striking so I already felt comfortable in alot of the classes, but I did see some people with little/no experience attend classes. They really took their time to help them in the various classes I attended Only negative thing I can say about this place is the price. Even then, I think AMMA is well worth the money if you can afford it. Definitely recommend attending their 42 day fitness challenge to test yourself and see if this gym is for you.

Simply put, very nice team, but too much money for too little instruction. They made an exception to allow me to sign my daughter up for a minimum of 2 months instead of 3. This meant the weekly rate was a little higher at $39 than it usually would be. There is also a sign up fee of $140 or so. None of that would be an issue if there was more instruction dedicated to the students. There was 30+ (probably closer to 40) kids per class and only 3 instructors. Watching the classes I could see bad form by most kids. Poor technique combined with over confidence is a terrible combination in self defense. If you want your child to learn how to truly defend themselves, find a place with smaller classes where they can develop good habits in regards to technique. Again, the team is made up of very nice people. I just feel that they are spread too thin to teach in a manner that is beneficial to the students.
