Not sure how this store has 4 stars. Dirty, water on the floor, fruit and produce looks 3rd world. No milk what so ever. Definitely has gone down hill.

Prepared food in deli department, prices went up but the quality of the food went way down. Fried chicken was so hard & tasted like the grease was old, macaroni & cheese was watery, mashed potatoes was lumpy with no butter. Also there used to be a variety of chicken...not now

I came to my neighborhood Walmart after work to do some shopping and make a return. It was about 7:35 p.m. . This Walmart closes at 11:00 p.m. I waited a little bit for someone to come to the customer service counter, then saw the card scanners saying press here for an associate, so I did. About 5 minutes later a man came from out a a door behind the counter and simply told me customer service is closed... and nothing else. How friendly. What great customer service. Not even a hello? Or "our hours are..."____"" so I'll know for next time? Because it seems they differ, can you post your customer service hours in addition to posting your store hours? This is not the first Walmart that's done this. How do I know what your customer service hours are? Can you please help your customers out with this? It is very inconvenient.

Going to return a simple product the customer service rep is supposed to be friendly couldn’t even explain why I couldn’t return this product without a receipt without having a huge attitude. Her tone was so bad I thought she was trying to fight with me. You would think that the customer service people would have a nice friendly tone and are able to explain things to you in a nice soft manner with may be at least a smile. Not coming here again.
