My daughter who has severe anxiety has been speaking to Dr Kunins and He has been wonderful but his prescription staff has been very rude (tone of voice, professionalism and explanation of situations) horribly. The person we spoke to made my daughter feel bad on so many levels. We are thinking about changing due to this member who should not be in her position. As wonderful as Dr Kunins is he should have a better staff member.

I LOVE DR.K, he actually gave me my life back, I’ve been seeing him for years with NO problem, I was currently in Boston for an emergency with my child and did not realize my phone was not getting service so I missed my appointment called the office the next morning to explain see about an appointment! Well they will not give me an appointment until I’m going to go without meds for two weeks and I asked if Dr. K was aware of this and I said I’d go to any office I can’t go without my meds I’m going to be burying my aunt this is not the time and they don’t care if I could only talk to him I don’t know what to do but I’m just very disappointed that they could be like that! Dr Kunins is a terrific doctor and amazingly easy to talk to about changes with my child. He does not push medication but rather makes a suggestion and gives you a prescription to make the decision. Anything you discuss with him he takes at face value and if there is a problem he helps by suggesting a solution you are comfortable with. Im grateful to have found him and i will continue to take my child there for treatment!
