Drivers are helpful with directions or assistance. Nice seating while waiting.

Drivers say security has bathroom key. Security says they aren't 'allowed' to unlock the bathroom. How do you expect people to behave according to health and safety regulations when you can't provide the basic public business necessities.

There are no public toilets but there is a covered open area for waiting. Your still going to feel the cold, but you'll be protected from the wind and rain. Very welcoming and nice bus drivers!

This is a bus station not a 5 star hotel in New York!!! People here are not expected to cater to your every need! If what you are looking for is a bus ride with some friendly help from the drivers than this is the place. 5/5 for the service that is expected of them

These are local busses from CTran, so unfortunately the best you could get is by using a CTran bus to get to the Vancouver Amtrak station. The CTran website has a trip planner which is useful for checking routes like these! 👍

Fyi- You do have to pay the normal fair to take the 60 across the bridge. And the local, low income pass doesn't work on that bus.

Best bets to go down town on the 71 or 31 get off at Broadway and 13th and hop on the 60, you'll have to buy regional fare but you'll need it for the max anyways. Jump on the yellow line to take you too Portland. Afraid after that I'm not as much help.
