I have been to this store many times, it has always been better than going to a Home Depot. However, they have gotten consistently worse in the last few years. My latest experience was the last straw, I will no longer be going to this location. The checkout associate did NOT acknowledge me, did not speak or smile or interact in any way. She seemed put out that we were taking up her time. I wanted her to scan my "My Lowes" card and she seemed annoyed by that, then I used my Lowes credit card and she chose my savings option for me, without asking. I made a large purchase. I would have liked to use the 0 interest option, but she rang it out as the 5% option. When I expressed that I wanted the other option, she informed me it was too late and there wasn't anything she could do about it. I am VERY, VERY unhappy with my experience and that associate.

Seriously understaffed. Asked for help then waited 20 minutes to speak to an employee about a dishwasher. When she arrived, she helped a different customer instead. That customer told her that I had been waiting but the employee helped that customer anyway. I walked over and told her that I was the one who asked for help. She lied and said she had been helping that customer half an hour ago. This used to be a great place to shop but not anymore.

Beth in your appliance department is AMAZING!!! She was so kin, helpful, and knowledgeable! I have had a few bad experiences with Lowes so I tend to shop elsewhere but she has totally redeemed this location for me. She is for sure an asset to your team! Thank you!

Kate and Summer associates in the"paint dept" did a wonderful job in directing me to good products for sealing wood, and painting white trim in the bathroom. They showed me different prices so I could make my own decision. Easy in and out and ready to get my projects done today. Good job. All stars!
