Not necessarily. The dogs are potty trained and socialized so they are comfortable with people but because it is a shelter, our dogs could have any background. I have seen dogs in the past that have been trained for specific purposes like that by a previous owner but we don't train them for those needs. You could still stop by or call to see if there are any dogs that are trained in those areas. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and helpful.
