A new patient coordinator will meet with you to determine eligibility. Also...we are a problem oriented clinic...addressing acute and chronic illnesses. We do not do routine physicals. There are no set charges however patients are asked for a donation at each visit.
It's best to bring your paperwork in and let them plug in the numbers. They are a Godsend to us, and a donation isn't too much to ask for keeping the doors open.
