You need to be a patient and have a US citizenship

To be a patient at the Clearwater Free Clinic you have to be a US citizen, or have a permanent residency card (green card) and live in Upper Pinellas County. I would suggest going to a BayCare Urgent Clinic or a CVS with nurse practitioners.
