An outstanding Coast Guard Air Station! One of the largest and busiest in the nation. They constantly fly search and rescue missions in addition to maritime law enforcement missions. They utilize the SH-60 Jayhawk helicopter and the HC-130J Hercules fixed wing aircraft for these operations. For a U. S. Government outfit, it is a great one!

Only with a valid military ID or with an escort. That will get you to the exchange and common areas. To see aircraft you will need someone stationed there to escort.
