Im sorry you had a bad experience like that because that's NOT the norm. The staff there is VERY nice and helpful. Their main purpose is too keep everyone safe. We've been going there for years and have never encountered a problem nor witnessed any problems. I know people aren't perfect and its possible you encounteed rude staff ...but give it another chance it's a really nice place.
Can't imagine any behavior that out-of-line by anyone there, be it employees or patrons. Your concerns and experience could be shared with mgm't if you want to affect change.
