I gave a 5 star rating when I moved in 5 years ago but the experience of living here has changed so much over the years. Residents are not held responsible for upholding the lease agreement in regards to community spaces such as cleaning up after your dog. The trash chute is frequently overflowing and parking can be hard to come by because people park in 2 spots and building management does not intervene. It's also important to note residents pay for their parking spots. The fire alarm for the whole building is faulty and goes off when there's no emergency. We've been woken up in the middle of the night (11pm - 5am) twice so far this year alone and many residents don't bother evacuating at this point. Our kitchen floor is also warped and has dents in it. We pointed out two areas in our kitchen where the subfloor was falling apart and only part of the floor was fixed.

Update: the courtyard has been power washed and the furniture in the courtyard has finally been cleaned/replaced. I have removed those pictures. There is still a lot of work to do but someone is putting in the effort. I appreciate that.
