The prime rib roast are amazing at the Local. The butcher's give you all the help you will need to start it plus if ask the will give it a great rub.
Personally, I'd go to Petty's Meat Market in Altamonte Springs. A prime rib roast (bone-in) depending on where you get it could be upwards of $8-15 per pound. Meat House is expensive for cuts of meat, but is also the only place I know to get a dry aged rib eye
