I can be a bit firm and forward at times and for the type of information I was looking for I needed a professional and someone that actually knew about meats. In this case the conversation between me and the butcher started off rocky but then was recovered and was great. I really appreciate Michelle and her guidance on her helping me pick a cut of meat that I was looking for. Looking forward for the next time thank you Michelle!

Thanksgiving Tip: They sell you a large brined turkey for quite a steep price, with NO cooking aluminum pan. Every other item comes in a container except this one, the most important one. It is packaged on a plastic bag that you have to hold upwards so nothing spills. I have worked with many caterers in town and not a single one of them has ever provided a turkey like this. For the amount of money that we’re paying, the minimum they could do is provide the pan.

Lots of fresh meats and produce. If you want real butcher cuts and expertly prepared/marinated meats, this is your place. They also serve gourmet condiments, spices, wines, and my personal favorite - the most amazing caramelized onion in the universe. Staff is helpful and will answer any question.
