Eduardo was fantastic. He's the reason I selected this company. He was professional, competent, and very efficient. He told me initially that his estimate was conservative, and he was right. The final cost came in at 70% of the estimate. I was happy that the person doing the estimate was the same person who did the work - a surprisingly rare feature these days. Eduardo and his team were absolutely incredible. As soon as our flood happened, they were on site within 45 minutes to assess the situation. Although they were ready to start service in that moment, we chose to have them come back the next day to wrap up business needs and prepare for the work to be done. It was most convenient for them to do work throughout the night as to not affect the business and there was no questions asked. They said they would arrive at 8pm and they were here at 7:55. They were kind, clean, efficient & friendly. Dealt with my neurotic questions and kept insisting that I should continue asking questions as they want to ensure I am comfortable and knowledgeable with the process. 10/10 recommend!
