Is it standard practice to have a caller on hold for 30 mins just to ask 1 question that took less then 30 seconds to answer. Maybe I should have said it was an emergency then I would have been served faster. Poor customer service.

This is highly unusual for this place. Hold times are usually less than 5 minutes.

They are always attending to something. They are never just sitting around. You May have gotten them on an emergency point in time.

They do an awesome job there. Sincerely judging them on wait time is unfair. Today might me a short handed day or they might be fully booked with appointments.

I have been on hold awhile also when calling but I know they are very busy.
