Doctor Morton and her amazing staff (I wish I had each of their names) I will get them when I pick up my big boy , but I wanted everyone to know this place is more professional , kind and caring than going into a human hospital. They explain every step, call you at the start of surgery, update you during , the surgeon calls you after with outcome, the nurses call you during recovery and they are available all night long when as a loving pet parent you just have to make the phone call and check one more time . I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND! ( torn Ccl Tplo surgery Labrador)

My fur-baby, Dixie, had an allergic reaction to something today. I left for work and she was fine, when I got home this evening she was covered in what I found out was hives. I was a nervous wreck. I called the vet but they were closed. Someone on a "Ask a Vet" Facebook page told me what it was and to get her to the ER. I called Blue Pearl because that was the number on the Vet's voicemail. I have to say, they were fantastic!! They took her in right away and gave her a treatment and watched her to make sure she was okay. They kept me updated on what they were doing. The doctor and all the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I am so happy they were able to able to help my giirl.I got her home and she already acted like nothing was wrong. I expected a huge bill, but I was surprised to see it was extremely reasonable for an emergency clinic/hospital at 10pm at night. I highly recommend this clinic for the care your babies deserve πŸ’œ πŸ’• πŸ’—

Front desk and staff made dropping off our dog for cremation very easy in a difficult time. Thank you. I paid over phone and they took my information and had a nurse vet meet me at my car to pick up our dog that had passed at our home hours earlier. Didn’t even have to walk inside building or wait long. Made it so much easier.

The only 24 hour emergency vet we could find that could do surgery. Coming from Saint Augustine with a pregnant cat who was having issues. The drive was annoying and after calling several vets on a Saturday and going to two different places before hand we came here. The office staff, vets, technicians and doctor were all pleasant and easy to talk to. They all took their time with my mother and her cat. Yes, the wait was long, 2 hours before the cat was seen. However, they are an emergency vet, their staff is limited. They can only do so much at once! Y’all need to give them a break as a lot of times they need to give pet owners heartbreaking news. They are expensive because, 1) emergency 24 hour service, 2) it was a weekend, 3) they are specialists. I would consider getting your fur baby some insurance which is very reasonable as it will definitely help in these emergency situations. They quoted us $2800 for what the cat needed (c section) they did try to do everything they could to prevent the surgery. With that being said, they did tell us if we go to a regular vet on the Monday we would save a lot of money. Since the cat wasn’t in distress we decided to take that route. They were very kind and understanding. Pets can be very expensive and while I don’t agree that things should cost so much they were the only ones willing to look at our pet and potentially save its life. If there ever is another emergency I will drive the 40 minutes here. I appreciate the staff and the doctor who took their time with us. In the 3 hours we were there, I saw them consoling another pet owner who’s beloved friend didn’t make it and on two occasions technicians were running out to the cars to retrieve animals and running them back in, clearly needing attention ASAP. I really appreciated that. Thank you Blue Pearl.

There are 2 blue pearls in orange park across the street from each other. One us an ER and the other is neurosurgery. I had to use neurosurgery and it was a life saver and lovely people there.neurosurgery' address is 280 corporate way.

Why do they open so late? And can they work with you on billing if it's an emergency?

Because they are an emergency room for your pets. Yes they work with you on costs. I used them for my dog and found them to be caring people who explain in detail your options. They went above what i expected and even sebt my vet a report on the care as well as sending me a card with an unexpected gift a few days after I lost my sweet baby. You have several options in payment which the front desk will go over wi2you. I highly recommend this office.

Unfortunately CDPEC is unable to bill at a later time; we are able to take payments by phone; we also accept Care credit which is basically a credit card that can be used for yourself or your pet's healthcare needs; if you apply and are approved you can use Care credit immediately; we are able to offer a 6 month deferred interest with Care Credit or some low set APR's are also available; if you have a regular veterinarian that you have seen for years they may also be able to help you or make arrangements; we are currently closed but reopen this evening at 6pm
