I found a stray dog in my neighborhood he wasnt mean but kids we're outside. Shelter says they are full who do I call. He did have a collar but nothing round it or nothing. He a is red nose pit but I believe he is mix but idk with what!

It's animal control as bothering the police when they'll call animal control anyways is pointless. Safe doesn't take strays as is code that they have to go through the city shelter for a stray hold.

Animal control or the police dept. Either one will get someone sent out
