I just adopted a puppy from them and took her home the same day. They make it very easy. Just fill out the application and paid adoption fee and we took her home.

Your question isn't making much sense sorry. When you adopt a pet you get to take it home. They can hold it for a few days but when you adopt out you should be ready to take it home.
