It was, but do you think it's fair for anyone to buy a car from a major brand dealer with hidden known issues like the transmission shuddering and then not help the customer of more than 5 cars bought with them in the last 5 years? Do you open your cars transmissions before buying them?

The car you bought must have been as is because they would never do that too you other wise
