One of the main reasons I have been going to this dealership for the last 4 years is because is the closest to my home and is convenient. I have never had any issues with the service guys, so this review should NOT go against them as they are all really nice. However, I do have an issue with the extra charges for a simple oil change. I do understand that everyone is struggling these days, I get that, but I do have an issue when you’re given a 15% off discount but somehow end up paying almost $13 for miscellaneous charges and $9.00 for “less insurance” (whatever that is, I’ve never paid more than $5 for miscellaneous charges in the past and I definitely have never paid for “less insurance”, I do keep all my invoices) I do find those charges a little sketchy. So in the end, they recovered the “15% off discount”, on random fees, because I ended up paying pretty much the same as I did on my previous oil change and I didn’t have a discount then.

We we interested in a Mustang they had advertised on their website. So we drove to the dealership and looked at the car. We looked at all the cars! We were there for 1¾ hours. After only being able to look through the window and the outside of the Mustang, due to it being locked. We walked the entire car lot looking at all the cars. Hoping to be noticed by a sales person.. No luck.. So then we sat in chairs in front of the building entrance. Still no sales person. Very frustrating! So we were not going to beg someone to come out and sell us a car so we left. May I suggest to the dealership " Get some attentive employees" To spend almost 2 hrs on your lot not to have one person acknowledge us, much less come out and ask if we needed help, is really poor business. How do they sell cars? I do not recommend this dealership.

BEST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. This dealership was unbelievable. Seriously. I've never dealt with a dealership that made the car buying experience run so smoothly. The dealer I worked with was Justin. Justin went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have expected. I flew into Tampa to purchase the used vehicle and was literally greeted at the airport by Justin. We spoke about the vehicle I was purchasing among many other things. Justin was honest about everything and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I've had the vehicle for about a month now and it's a great vehicle. Runs beautifully, has Ultimate Package/Fully Loaded features and it looks new. Most importantly, I got the vehicle at a great price. Veterans Ford really took care of it and I can tell they put some money into it to make sure it was in the best possible condition. It's very hard to find a good dealership, with good people. Justin even coordinated with upper management on some aspects. They delivered on everything they said the would. Veterans Ford checks out with me 100%. If you are anywhere, even outside of the state of Florida, and you need a vehicle, CALL VETERANS FORD AND ASK TO SPEAK TO JUSTIN.

It was, but do you think it's fair for anyone to buy a car from a major brand dealer with hidden known issues like the transmission shuddering and then not help the customer of more than 5 cars bought with them in the last 5 years? Do you open your cars transmissions before buying them?
