Call them. And I believe some one will be assigned to visit your home and determine what you need, and from that point you schedule a pick up day once they determine whether they have those items you need inside their warehouse. However, that's been a few years ago, not sure if that is still the process. I've been trying to contact them for about 3weeks now and can't get anyone on the phone. No one is returning my calls when I leave a message. Nothing. I even stopped by the office in Eatonville and they gave me a card with the same number on it, but no call back yet 3 weeks later????
