So I was looking for a place and came across this complex the application process was a long process but I got approved and was moved in … Tania (sorry if I spell it wrong) but she worked with me through the whole process when I was about to give it up she kept pushing me but so far when I read the reviews I was scared to apply but I’ve been living here almost a month and I’m so In love with my apartment especially the balcony looking over the lake so far no complaints!!!!! My Kids love the apartment with it a 5 star

Updated: The staff Tania and Naomi are the best!! Super helpful and this place is very nice and clean. (This was before I moved in. They ask you to rate them while you’re signing paperwork so you really haven’t seen how it is.) (This is after being here since May and I still barely been here bc I’ve been traveling back home. So this is what I’ve noticed so far) The roaches are bad and idk what this sticky paper is supposed to do but it ain’t working. Some things were broken when I came to the apartment but the were fixed so that’s good. The neighbors upstairs have kids jumping off of stuff and stomping around, I understand kids so it’s not too big of a deal but it does become obsessive at times along with the music. The gate doesn’t work, I have a key card for the gym but it’s locked. I haven’t checked the pool but don’t worry I won’t be going in it. I may have a possible theft incident with my packages which I will check into. And rent, we will discuss later but so far I’m not happy about how things have been going. Outside of these things…the area is nice and close to a lot of places. It’s clean (outside and inside too minus the roaches). I love my balcony view. This is my first time renting so we will see how things go.
