Avoid this management and complex at all costs. They actually kicked a single mother out of her 8 year apartment. She never missed even one payment! This was done without a legal eviction, not even an e-mail. The COMPLEX DIRECTOR did this all verbally! They are now charging her for 2 months rent. Saying she did not give them a 60 day notice. They are also wanting to keep her 1000 dollar deposit for damage to the 8 year old carpet and vinyl flooring. Avoid this place, they manipulate their reviews and block people. The last one I did lasted about 6 hours.

I applied with this complex almost 2 years ago. My spot on the waiting list was 36 or 38 by then, when I was ready to move I called them and they had nothing available still so I had to get another lease. They called me on January and I told them that I was already on a lease and they asked me to fill up another addendum where I stated when my leases was ending. They gave me a second call on April to offer me an apartment at the beginning of June, I told them that, first of all, my lease is till the last day of june, second, I had a family emergency and I'm gonna move out of state by the end of June. I just called to request the holding $200 they asked for and now they said it's nonrefundable because I denied two offerings. They called me while on active lease knowing that a lease can't be broken just like that, and because I said no a second time because I'm moving out of state...thieves. Wonder how many other customers they take for granted like that.

I like my apartment & price, but we live towards the highway end overlooking it & I feel like my side is very neglected. I basically have no grass outside on my patio, so when it rains, the dirt becomes a swamp & breeding ground for everything. There's a duck feathers & duck fecal matter all around the apartment complex on my end. I don't think it's noticed by the maintenance crew. The other apartment I lived in on starlight cove Rd. Was much more well managed. Also they are open two days a week, the waits are really long & I would say only 2 people I frequently go to seem like they know what they're doing. Also visitor parking is there but essentially limited. If you park as a visitor, don't move. Or you'll loose your spot. It's about 4-5 spots per half a mile, they're always usually taken up. Also I put in work requests, that never get fixed. I had a leaking faucet which the maintenance staff made worse. It's now pouring everywhere & I put in another work request order 24 hours ago as an emergency. No one came out yet. So I'll be stuck with a high water bill. They threaten you with eviction notices on behalf of the old employees teams screw ups. The 24 hour call maintenance service is actually closed 24/7 so everything has to be put in online. Which I don't think ever gets looked at. The trash is always over flowing which they do nothing about & fine you for not keeping your trash in your apartment until they've unloaded the main dump site. Or they tell you to dump it in someone else's dumpster while we sit here & literally pay for trash service. One day when I move from here & see a lawsuit against this place to the point of its employees losing their jobs & the company crumbles. I promise I'll throw a party & everyone who ever hated this place is invited.

Yes they are open Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 530pm
4 bedroom yes. It fine been 1year and half was on the 2nd floor now live in a 1st floor been fine love it. No roaches no ants nice place to live. And no its not hell. Lies lies.
I have a 3 bedroom and pay $948 plus another $50 for a pet deposit. But it's going up again starting April 2018 another 3/8 %. Basically if you don't have section 8, find another spot, the management is the worsed I've ever dealt with. I'm trying to move, I can't take them anymore. Check my yelp or yellow pages review, you've been warned..... plus you have to pay for water, all together i pay $1,050.
Honestly talk to the leasing office. You may be eligible for section 8 housing/low income housing. As long as your salary or income is less than 30 k a year. Me & my roommate are student. and we have a 2br 2 bath and we pay 710 total.
