ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is awful and not accommodating! I walked in there to try on or get pants that said were in stock on the app and the guy took forever looking ( 20-25 min) and nothing. Then I specifically asked if they would do expedited shipping for free from inside the store and he said yes. After Registering everything and mentioning he can give me a $15 discount, he had to then get it approved by a manager. The manager did not want to help out and she said no. I was on my lunch break and I explained that I needed to leave. What a waste of time. I will never go back to this express! I wasted about 45 min in this process for nothing. Go to millenia or somewhere else that will value your time.

Goin in for a simple exchange, and the cashier at the front was so cold, and unwelcoming. She dint even say anything when I reached the counter. She just looked straight at the men's department, and never looked at me once when I was telling her what I needed to be done. I don't understand how this kind of customer service is acceptable! Especially when we are strangers, and I have the return receipt, and items neatly packed. Im not causing her any sort of inconvenience, yet that is how she made me feel.

I appreciate the fits of shirts since I'm a thin guy. The simple look of the store allows for straightforward to navigate. They have friendly and useful staff. I generally grab a dress shirt or two from express every year. They are worth the price when they have the promos such as two for 50$ or three for 75$. Sometimes they work out to be 20$ each depending on the sale.

I haven't shopped in Express for my daughter in a few years. Quality of clothes was lower than I expected. Friday evening during the holidays there were very few people in store. A representative didn't greet me until I was on my way out of the store. Dissappointing.
