Worst customer service i had in a long time. Store manager and apparently district manager think its ok to sell product to customers who have entered through illegal means (employees entrance). They handed them tickets for the pop release even though they were inside before the time of opening and when security enforced they go to the back of the line hot topic managers still decided to hold the product from people in line to sell to the individuals who were at the back. Manager claimed "due to them having tickets i have to hold it for and sell it to them". Even though they obtained these tickets through improper means. I work retail and work events of releases, its very simple and retailer has the right to refuse the sale they chose not to for very biased reasons i believe. The managers were very quick to blame security for every problem as well. Stating if the people weren't inside and asked to leave she would not have needed to give them tickets, however when security did ask them to go to the back they did not revoke tickets.
