I know Eddie Bauer, I like the quality of their clothes and how they fit in me, and I know that it isn't cheap, but I'm taking out a star here because this is supposed to be an outlet store with sales and good prices. Although they have a couple of sales racks in the back, but that's it!

Had an awful experience here. The employee gave me the current price on an exchange, when the price paid for the item was clearly listed on the price tag. She pointed to a return policy which mentioned nothing about price. I will never buy anything from Eddie Bauer ever again due to the rudeness of this employee.

I purchased 3 sets of king sized sheets (2 camping ones and 1 blue and white checked) on Amazon. I love the feeling of the sheets and what they look like. But in all 3 sets, the top flat sheet is not king sized. Not even sure that they are queen sized. I filed a complaint on Amazon but did not get a response from Eddie Bauer. I noticed that there were several other complaints on the same matter. I would like Eddie Bauer to send me 3 new matching top flat sheets. I have been unable to use the sheets because it is impossible to tuck in the top sheets. I will be happy to change this negative posting once I receive what I ordered and paid for. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Good quality clothing. Good sales. They did have one dressing room open which was awesome. Only one person working the whole store though so had to wait a bit for dressing room and check out.
