Their truck came at midnight at the Expat restaurant in morning side heights to collect waste. The truck driver did not turn the engine off and thus the truck was making loud noises for like an hour... Really!! Disturbing the neighborhoods sleep. How does this company collect trash at weird hours. Horrible

The phone customer service was amazing. He spent 40 minutes delicately explaining how the traish is removed, pricing and making sure I understood the entire process. I feel comfortable having them handle the last job that I want to be involved with - waste management. Thanks everyone!
