I was at the Boro park rehab center in Brooklyn NY. That facility ordered a toilet seat and bathtub bench. Valmar decided to deliver both items to Signature senior living on August 9, 2022. I didn't arrive at Signature senior living until September 2. By that time the bathtub bench was given to another patient. The toilet seat was thrown in the trashcan. I'm requesting a refund for both items which I NEVER received but Valmar is giving me every excuse in the book not to honor my request? Signature senior living is saying they'll pay for it. I've been hearing that excuse for 2 months??? Worst company to deal with. They want to bill me for both items on my credit card?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! IT'S A FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!!!!!!!

what a great company that you can rely on! I ordered for my Great grandmother oxygen and they did a same day delivery! I'm very happy that there's a local company that can provide us with such fast service!

I have never seen a more incompetent organization in my life. Multiple calls and multiple documentation submitted and the medical supplies never gets filled. I also have interacted with many supervisors who promise to keep in touch and none do. This company needs a major .overhaul .
