Is there an entrance fee to be paid ? My host family and I just moved to Sarasota and I think this place looks amazing and my host kid will definitely love it.

Yes its $5 for little kids and $10 for adults or its pretty cheap like $55 for the whole year

Yes...but you can get an annual membership too.
