Why Is that now you have so many different locations your service has fallen. This is for Roger and your brother. I have being a customer since you opened downtown. I just don’t see the dedication in your employees.

Counter help have always been friendly and the food excellent. Ate there last week.

Yeah, I haven't seen a decline at all. Same great food. And it's an order at the counter type of restaurant. Not really sure what you expect for service.
