The staff are very nice. However, I have spent three weeks in this hotel. While I've been here the lobby has smelled like sulphur almost every day. I bought a water bottle and some snacks one night, and I woke up with $500 missing from my bank account. The manager handled it very poorly. Then, I try to go do laundry and their machines are down. The room was clean for the most part, but everything was very dusty. Overall the hotel was nice, but they are getting two stars for stealing, and for not being accommodating.

Positive: Great location with easy and quick access to the transportation corridor. The check-in process was quick and without issue. The room and furnishings were very clean and comfortable. Negative: Due to noise, I asked to be moved to another room. I was told they were sold out. At about 2:30 am, after waking 3 times due to noise, I was moved to a new room, directly across from the elevators. I left the hotel at about 3am due to the noise.

Donovan Amadeus

Nestled next to Jordan River Pathway this hotel was very updated and probably the nicest in the area. Room was large and comfy, climate control was quite and hot breakfast was a Solid 8 Rating. Won't find much nicer in this area. Door dash was quick and easy!

Nice looking from the outside but they cheaped out on the thin walls & floors. Do yourself a favor if you stay here and only stay on the top floor. The people above us apparently had a child’s “birthday party” from 12pm-10pm. We called around 8pm because we could not take the banging and jumping anymore. We were told they should be finishing up soon. 10pm comes around and the noise has not stopped. I mean this was so loud I thought they had to be doing this on purpose there is no way people normally stomp like this for hours. Called the front desk again and was told (with an attitude) that she would call them. Finally it stopped around 11pm. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sheets felt old and scratchy. The room & bathroom were clean and the room itself was very big and spacious. This place has a lot of potential but it seems like they cheap out on the important things. I do like that they are dog friendly & the location was good for us to get to snowbird. WARNING: The staff & most of the clientele were not wearing masks, If you feel safer with masks this is not the place for you!
