This hotel is a nice place. Holiday Inns are good value for what you get I think. We had a two room suite with a pull-out couch. Free coffee and tea and very nice and helpful staff!

I am a gold member of Holiday Inn an just went in to see if they would let our family take care of their customers with nutritious products like Swedish chocolate keto bars with 14g protein, waters with hydrating nutrients, the women in charge was so nice to me, it was my 1st time going door to door. She gave me a ton of encouragement and really liked what our family offers. She wished me luck and said she would certainly talk to the main decision maker. After having the misfortune of staying at the **** for our last trip to SLC, we were overjoyed to discover the huge difference between these hotels. The room was beautiful, clean and did not smell like the ***** room. Especially pleasant was the waitress in the restaurant, Melissa. She went out of her way to remember our names and took the time to chat with us. Even though the grill and bar were closed due to lack of staffing caused by the stinking COVID fiasco, the employees were all pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay with you again!

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a jetted tub. Everything about our stay was PERFECT. We arrived earlier than expected but the front desk clerk allowed us to check in an hour earlier. When we entered our suite, it was so clean and spacious. The main bathroom was huge with a large (dual head) shower and relaxing bubbler tub. There was also a second half bath in the living room area that was handy. The bed was really comfortable, the fireplace cozy, and the tvs were HUGE. The bedroom had double doors to separate the living room area which was nice to allow my early bird husband to watch tv while I slept. Each room had it's own climate control which we liked as well. Everything exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in multiple hotels in the Salt Lake area and this is (by far) our favorite place to stay. The overall vibe is safe and welcoming, the building orderly and clean, and you can tell that management takes their job seriously.
