Not from what i could tell. There seemed to be quite a few people sitting outside on their balconies smoking. So I'm going to have to say no.
I think everyone smokes there, there was an can filled of cigarette butts and a spit cup waiting for me when I checked in, and a dirty towel, had to change rooms.
Every room has a balcony. I don't think you can smoke inside any room.
