The Payson MVD provides the best service of any other MVD/DMV that ive ever been to. I've been in other state offices all across the US. Typically, very short wait times and always a friendly face to resolve your licensing and title needs. Conveniently located of Hwy 87 with plenty of parking.

3-29-21 Yes I rated ADOT as five star... Why because #1... I was greeted by Jennifer, who was not only very knowledgeable but extremely friendly she answered all my questions. It helped that I had all the required paperwork. Then, yes I had to wait in line. Karen assisted me she also was very friendly and when she had a delay in processing my tabs she requested assistance and minutes later I was on my way. Some states require a license plate to be place on both, the back and front ends of the car.
In Payson, it's best to walk in without appointment. I never could get anyone on the phone.
They are doing appointments as well as walk--ins.
Good job letting police dept know..if that person gets caught well deserves it!! Dmv open..go in and make a appt for a renewal..they will help you 😁
