Question: I have a 2009 dodge charger with a messed up ignition and possible blown head gazket .. What would you charge to tow and tell me what's wrong and how much to fix ? Thanks
Yes they do have a Service Department. You can call ahead and set an appointment, for the bigger issues, or arrive and wait in line for oil changes (if you're in a rush I suggest arriving about 15-30min before they open especially on Saturday). They are good at getting you in and out quickly, as long as there are no underlining issues. They will try to upsale you on services you may not really need (nitrogen in tires, air filter replacement of old one--which still looks clean, etc.), but that's their job to do and you can decline if you feel its not necessary. Overall, I've never had an issue and services I needed done were always done professionally in a timely manner.
