I had the best car shopping experience ever here! Matthew in sales was amazing, and Mr Sully in finance was very patient with me when I had a mini breakdown (going from no car payments for years to one was overwhelming to say the least) but he and his finance manager was able to get my payment where I had budgeted for. I am so happy with my new Jeep and will definitely recommend them to anyone!!! Such a great team here! Thank you all!!!

On 4/9/22 we came as returning customers with our son. Farouk Hasein & Chris where Unethical and unprofessional. They tried to push and rush a used car on our son and also tried to make my husband and I cosign. They treated us with such disrespect and shame. They even sent us back to finance without negotiating a price or telling us a price. We end up leaving after expressing our disappointment and frustration. We went to Lokey Kia the next day. My son got a 2022 Kia soul with a 3% interest rate all on his on. On Monday my husband and I made a complaint against Farouk Hasein and Chris. The owner Mr. Phil Schmidt was unaware of our horrible experience and said to us that he wish we contacted him. We let him know that Farouk wouldn't give us his information or contact him. Mr. Schmidt apologized however we felt extremely uncomfortable at Suncoast.The staff couldn't even look us in the face nor would they speak. That says alot!! We bought our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Suncoast in 2019. IAN was our sales representative.Ian is very professional,patient, knowledgeable and just such a sweetheart. We enjoyed the staff as well and we love our Jeep. Sorry for the late review guys I thought I did one! We will not be going back to Suncoast Jeep.

I recently took my vehicle to the service department and had an underwhelming (to say the least) experience. The service department lost part of my FOB. When I called back to inform "Tammy", I was told that "they didn't need to use the glove box key. I don't know what you are talking about." Denial and accusations don't change the simple fact, that my property was "NOT" returned to me, and no solution was offered, and now it has been days without a response. I payed cash money out the door for my car, and had a great experience with sales. The service department is nowhere near as professional or courteous, as a matter of fact, they even "recommended " that I take my car to my own mechanic if I prefer. They didn't seem to care at all if I returned, and this was before I noticed that they lost my property. I'm a disabled veteran, I don't deal with ignorance well, and especially not thievery or lies. Keep your eyes open if you utilize the service department.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a CJD dealership. Ian was great and got us in and out in a timely manner after being a pleasure to deal with over the phone working the deal. Would totally buy another vehicle here in the future.

Not only horrible customer service, I dont think there is an honest person in the building, starting with there sales manager. Unless Wayne , one of the owners is as liar, which I seriously doubt , then his sales manager is and is NOT TO BE TRUSTED . I had alot of trust in Wayne , but his sales manager and sales guy otto , are two peas in a pod. They actually asked me to go on Yelp and give them a great review, lmfao, once they have you on a "" great deal "" watch them , they are snakes. If they give you a great deal and you have your own financing, they will come back and say , """ Wayne said we cannot give you this great deal unless you use there financial services. SCAM , All auto dealers have certain companies they use , and it's because they get a kickback for the dealer using them. Enough said , never use them again. By the way I got my truck refinanced by USAA at a better rate from 6.75% to 4.14% , suck it scjdr.

There is no buyers remorse clause on any deal or any legal protections. Once you drove the car off the lot it’s yours. The car is no longer new it’s used.
