Saturday was my first visit to this salon and my first haircut w/ Jackie. Let me preface this by saying I've had good haircuts in the past - but they were just *good*. But Jackie must have some serious magic b/c I walked out of that salon w/ a big smile on my face. I have fine hair and it always seemed like no matter how other stylists cut it, it would instantly fall flat but Jackie knew exactly how to cut and style my hair to give it movement and fullness. I will definitely be going back to her! The salon itself was very clean and the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I felt instantly at home and I really liked Jackie's energy.

I was so excited to have my hair done and moved what felt like heaven and earth to make it to my appointment, and called to say I would be 10 mins late. I was called back while I was in the parking lot of the salon at 7 mins late to cancel my appointment. They were already running 15 mins behind and had booked another guest too close to my Appt. Really disappointing, hope they improve their scheduling and professionalism. I won’t be returning.
