5-STARS, PLUS......My wife and I have lived at Lake Seminole Square (LSS) for almost 12 years. And my initial comment when we took our first tour was that “it’s like a cruise ship on shore”. It has everything a cruise ship has and more, except it’s not surrounded by water (but it is on a lake), nor does it have a casino (but they provide free bus trips to the local casino). We have weekly professional entertainment from outside entertainers, current movies, an internal television station which gives daily updates on activities--just like a cruise ship, holiday and resident parties, happy hours (full-service bar), a Bistro (wine and beer sales), a small shoppette, indoor heated pool with organized exercise periods, a fully equipment gym, organized sporting activities (i.e., WII Bowling, Bocce Ball, Corn Hole), putting greens, shuffleboard court, fully stocked library, a dock with a gazebo (for fishing or relaxing), with a pontoon boat for rides on the lake, 24-hour front desk concierge, outstanding dining with several resident-selected meal choices, emergency alert/alarm system, fire control systems and alerts, security cameras, beautiful landscaping with small gardens, weekly landscaping service, reserved parking areas, free bus and/or private car transportation for local visits or trips to entertainment venues, weekly housekeeping, water, electricity, sanitation, sewage, and basic cable TV all included, on-site medical office, on-site barber and beauty shop, on-site maintenance staff, and paid property taxes. ALL THE ABOVE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ONCE MONTHLY FEE EXCEPT FOR OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT VENUES WHICH MAY CHARGE ENTRY FEES. No other separate bills to pay except for phone/internet service and, unlike your own home or condo, you only must pay insurance for your own personal property. The building and all major appliances (which LSS provides) are also covered by LSS. We have several resident volunteer committees that report to a Resident Advisory Council. The management staff and all directors are the BEST. They are wholly invested with ensuring that residents are happy and healthy. And they listen if/when resident have any concerns. I may have left something out since there is so much to identify. We have visited numerous time share and resort communities since we’ve moved in here. Time share and resort communities have tried to convince us to join them, and we tell them, we already have everything that they can provide, and more. THERE IS NO COMPARISON! THIS IS THE BEST RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN THE WORLD!!!

Our Uncle has lived in Lake Seminole Square for a little over a year now. Since we are there a couple times per week (to visit/take to the store/church/doctors/ect) we are confident in the 5 star rating above. First of all, and most important, our Uncle likes living there. From our vantange point, everyone we have had contact with is personable and professionable. From the greetings at the front desk to medical help when needed. The building is always clean - in and out. The staff goes above normal with even decorating for all the holidays. Sure gives the community that 'at home' feeling. Oh, and the food is excellent. The residents that we have met have all been very nice as well. We researched and visited 8 retirement communities prior to our Uncle choosing Lake Seminole Square. We are glad that he did.

Seminole Lake Square is a Retirement Retreat that has changed my moms life. She has only been there for one week and she is making friends, going to social outings, and ballroom dancing for the first time in over a year. This is a beautiful community where my mom will be inspired to live her best life everyday surrounded by incredible people. Thank you to Sherri who has made this transition for my mom seamless and smooth. You have taken on what seemed so overwhelming to us, holding our hand through this emotional process, making us feel like family and giving us peace of mind knowing that mom is happy, safe and surrounded by love. You are absolutely amazing and we are blown away by your kindness. To the entire team at Lake Seminole Square we hope you know that you are providing the most amazing living environment for each and everyone who calls LSS home. I only wish everyone who is aging out of where they are in life finds LSS and be given the opportunity to truly live their best life because it's time to start living! You are all a blessing to us and we will be forever grateful.

Lake Seminole Square is a beautiful condominium community for senior citizens. The staff really care for the residents. Catering to the residents every needs, from in house dog walkers, to gourmet meals in several dinning rooms impeccably designed to be warm, comfortable and inviting. You can design the condo interior to your specifications, and they even have an assistant living as well as in house agency of CNAs offering a variety of services to care for your individual needs. Beautiful grounds, activities, so you're never bored. And my favorite in house swimming pool and fitness center.
