Came to this location on 5/27/22 and 7/29/22, paid for full service platinum interior and exterior car wash. Both times my car came back completely dirty, as if they ran it through the exterior wash and called it a day. Windows, dash, and console were filthy and they didn’t any air freshener as requested. Expecting a full refund.

We have given this place a try 2 times because our normal carwash was closed on that day. Both times they did a terrible job. I try to give a business at least 2 chances because they could have just had an off day, but both times where just as bad as the next. This last time we actually went because we where about to go trade the car in. So it had to be decently clean. I dont expect perfect detailing by any means, but i dont think they even looked at the inside of the car either time (despite paying for the most expensive package). We had to stop by autozone and buy cleaning wipes to actually clean the car after it was done!!!! I took a few pictures, but honestly you would have never guessed we just paid to get it cleaned. The entire dashboard/GPS screen / front display which you think would be one of the only and main things they at least wipe down would be done but no. I wish I had gotten more photos, but we where in a hurry and we where furiously cleaning on our way to the car dealership.

I paid for a platinum car wash which includes cleaning the wheels. When they said my car was ready I showed them what the wheels look like and he did it over again, then said it was ready, I showed him the wheels again and to make a long story short he did it five times until I finally said just give me my truck back and I’ll just go do it myself. I should’ve asked for my money back. Look at the pictures and tell me if you think that was a good job.

I had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to Mister Car Wash on Park Blvd, and it was easily the worst car wash I have ever been to. Not only did they rip my windshield wipers off, but they refused to do anything about it when I confronted them. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. If you're looking for a good car wash in the county, I would suggest avoiding Mister Car Wash on Park Blvd at all cost. Find somewhere else to take your business; you'll be glad you did.

I use the $50. Monthly, you can cancel anytime. They do a great job on this one on the entire car. It's $35. for one time and if you pay the $50. you can go in as many times as you want. No brainer, 2 times a month makes it worth it, $1,65 a day to have a forever clean car
I can totally agree, twice I stopped my monthly service as quality work took an exit, I felt I shouldn't have to ask them to go over things they should be doing on the first run threw..

I would think so but probably not. They could come back and say it was already an issue and say you knew about it but used their car wash anyways.
Drive through the full service lane for interior services, no scheduling needed. Expect to pay $25 & up depending on your choices of add ons.

No they don't have self serve vacuum but the Speedway gas station across the street does.
It's safe for all finishes. The brushes are cloth and it's open 7:30 am til 6:00 pm

You should talk to the CSA who helps in the beginning of the wash they can do it all for you ... with one of the thunderstorms broke the phone and they are working on getting it back up
Just call them and give the information on your account and they will close it. I have opened and closed my account several times without a problem.

Christine Bylock it comes out on the same day that you picked it. I.e. i bought mine in the 12th so it gets paid by my account on the 12th every month.
Nobert, I would pay whatever they ask... I have used Mister for all of my vehicles for the last 7yrs... I don't go anywhere else.
