I have been going to Keller's automotive for many years because they have self-serve which I really need for my car. The employees are good at what they do and very professional the mechanics do great jobs on our cars.

They seem very fair. I have taken my car there twice for a battery and tire issues the past 3 years or so. I asked them to give it a good look last time and they gave me a list of three things the car needed. They also said that none were immediately needed, just that I needed to keep an eye out for them down the road. Never tried to upswell me! Which is great!

TOW DRIVER WAS "AUSTIN...." I have a Honda Pilot with push button transmission and it was locked in "Park." Called a Honda dealer to see how to tow this but all I learned was "that's a problem!" Sure was. Then called AAA to tow to dealership and (thankfully) Austin showed up. Yes, all wheel drive locked in park IS a problem. The easy remedy of pushing a little lever to release doesn't work with all electronic push buttons. He explored all of those methods and I was afraid he would ultimately just give up. But, this guy Austin was committed to getting my car towed and researched this specific model, removed cowling, removed the battery and found the small silver stud that had to be turned to shift into neutral. That worked finally but then we had to wire a wrench in place to hold it while the car was loaded. He then called me after the car was safely unloaded at the dealer just to advise that everything went okay. This AAA run had to take over three hours from start to finish so I know they lost money. But, I will try to go to Keller's for any service from now on if they have mechanics like Austin.
