Working relationship that spanned 9 months from first encounter to final installation. 1800 sqft of tile rip-out, LVT installation and carpeting 3 BR's. We enjoyed working with Jay and Andrew, listening to their advice, taking our time to find what would be best in our home and style. They were very attentive, came out to the house a couple times to make sure all was moving ahead smoothly. The flooring was part of other renovation work - all the work was well coordinated. Compliments to both the LVT install crew (Dave and Jeremy) and the carpet install crew. All aspects of the renovation required "in the moment" decisions. It was a pleasure to work with Flooring America on getting things done right, done well, and done on schedule!

In today's highly competitive marketplace, every vendor claims to provide the highest quality products with the absolute best service / installation at the very lowest cost. Sadly, 95% + of those vendors fail spectacularly! Flooring America in Seminole, FL is the rare exception and is a company that you can truly reply upon! We had Flooring America install 510 sq. feet of waterproof vinyl flooring and 950 sq. feet of carpeting in our townhome and could not be more pleased with the job they did for us! We met Andrew during our first visit to their showroom, who was highly personable, professional and knowledgeable. He met with us to review samples and then came to our townhome to verify the job and make sure what we selected would work. He even made some design suggestions that enhanced what we were trying to do. And he was supported every step of the way by Jay, their sales manager, who was also just great to work with! We then had the pleasure of working with Will, the installation manager, to get our job scheduled. While the lead times for both sets of materials and for the installers were reasonable, we did experience a series of shipping issues with the flooring that were entirely not within the control of Flooring America, which Will was able to resolve in a determined and highly professional manner. The installation crew of Dave, Kevin and Steve were just awesome to deal with! They were very friendly, worked extremely hard, were very careful during the installation of the carpeting and the flooring, and did just a great high-quality job for us during the entire installation process! All of the work done for us by Flooring America was overseen by their GM, AnneMarie. She even took time out of her very busy schedule to personally visit our townhome to ensure that the work was going according to her / their very high standards! We can strongly recommend Flooring America as a highly reputable, highly dependable and highly professional merchant! Our experience with them was just outstanding!

My whole experience with Flooring America was wonderful. I felt very special in that when ever I needed help or had questions I spoke to the same people I had met in the store. They never let me down from picking out the correct product, measuring my home, letting me decide my schedule of install and even working with me when my husband got sick and we may have needed to reset a finish time.
