This park is just lovely. There are numerous picnic pavilions and playground areas as well as clean restrooms. Highly recommend.

A pretty county park with lots of covered group picnic areas, a playground, a paid boat launch, lots of ponds, fishing and a paved bicycle, running and walking trail. I went looking for a parcours, but in my walk I didn't find it before I had to head home. I was told that there is a trail at the north end of the park and saw the start of the 2 mile paved trail. There are also a few dirt trails that I want to go back to explore.

This is a beautiful park by Lake Seminole. There's a paved trail for walking and biking, benches and swings by the water and shelters for picnics.

Beautiful park but the signage is not the best. As I drove in I could not see any evidence of a walking path at all. There is a 2mile circuit at the far end (I parked at shelter 8 and that was close to that loop). Saw a variety of birds: egrets, hawks, ospreys, anhingas, moorhens. Saw a BIG gator sunning - quite near the playground! It camped out right near the No Swimming sign. LOL. There is also a boating ramp. Nice Park.

Actually there is a county wide ordinance on RC vehicles on the ground for parks. We were told to remove our RC tanks from Eagle Lake Park (another Pinellas County Park) even though we were far from anyone else.
Opens at sunrise closes at sunset.

Seminole lake Park is almost finished in construction with the children section it is a beautiful Park it's almost finished so everyone can enjoy. You have handicap parking bathrooms ample space for the kids to play and adults to enjoy. I believe at this time Seminole lake Park do not have canoe rentals.

Yes, the whole park receives plenty of sun. There is not a beach area but plenty of places to place a sheet, towel or other item to get sun.
Dusk. About 8-8:30
It's free to get in,no cost,I take my grandchildren there all the time
Yes
Yes just be cool. I feed the birds and squirrels peanuts in the shell, the blue Jay's love them but they all big cranes and all really like French fries. The female squirrels are pregnant now so they really gobble them up. I split a small fry with 2 or three cranes, the grub water birds, blue Jay's, a woodpecker and 4 squirrels at that park so I see no harm. Plus I only do it like every two or three months.
I don't see any on the web page https://pinellas.obsres.com/parkshelters/
I haven't been there today, but the park is public & open dawn to dusk every day.
Yes its open dusk to dawn dogs welcome on leash including the walking trail
Common sense should tell you that if other parks are closed this one would most likely be closed too....... Parks are operated by government employees and in the event of an approaching hurricane all government offices and entities shut down
