I enjoy coming here. Even though my massage wasn't the best, everyone has bad days and my therapist that day may have had one. It doesn't take away from how kind everyone has been during my 6 months of business with them. I never expect perfection. The staff and manager were very thoughtful and attentive to my expressions. Headsup: Definitely be mindful and read the fine print for the membership. It's a decent deal, but if you're not consistent, you can lose money for no reason. Again, Staff and management are friendly and the environment is tidy & clean.

Absolutely horrible. This lady talked me into getting a “deep tissue” relaxation massage (mind you I have been a member for 7 years), yet I was DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED & paid $100 just to listen to all her problems. Literally upon arrival all she did was talk about herself & the ENTIRE HOUR did the same thing. Needless to say this was far from beneficial or relaxing to me. I PAID TO LISTEN TO SOMEONE TALK THE ENTIRE HOUR. How about that? DO NOT recommend this location. I even talked to someone about it today on the phone but this little girl on the phone didn’t care & did NOTHING about it- obviously.

Just walking into this location, the atmosphere is so calm and inviting. From the front desk and management to the massage therapist and estheticians, everyone at this location is so caring and knowledgeable. I will be telling all my family and friends to come here!

I'd suggest looking elsewhere. It is literally impossible to get an appointment unless you book weeks to months out. They change extra fee for a deep tissue massage on top of the 69 dollar a month membership fee, making a single massage at membership level 79 dollars. If you want a Saturday or Sunday appointment, good luck. Id say try massage luxe.. at least you can use what you pay for.
