Service is always out any chance of rain the service is out! For hours sometimes the entire day. Something is not right. Looking for better service that don't go out during the rain.

Short: Heavily overpriced; poor customer service. Save money and go elsewhere. FYI: We have WOW and pay $39.99 for (up to) 300 mbps (first year; $59.99 after that), which averages 270 mbps. Long: We were paying $79.99 for (up to) 200 mbps. Most of the time it wouldn't top 170 mbps. A "fast" speed is considered 200 mbps. Why am I paying $79.99 for what can be considered "moderate" speeds? We decided to switch providers and disconnected service on the first of the month at 11:40 am. We canceled our service the next day (the 2nd) but was told by the customer service rep how we had been duped by the new provider and would be paying more than $80 in 3-6 months. He then gave us a "white knight" speech for 5-10 mins about how he's trying to save us the hassle before it's too late and would offer us a better bundle. (read: aggressive sales tactics, even though we repeatedly told him we had no interest and just wanted to cancel.) He eventually cancelled our service but told us that we owed $79.99 for the rest of the month and that no pro-rating was available per terms and conditions. We spoke to two other reps and a manager, all of which hid behind the "terms and conditions" and gave us the same speech that nothing could be gone. We all know that what's legal isn't always right and doesn't justify unethical actions. Based on principle alone, it's unethical and immoral to charge someone for a service that isn't used exactly 99.9958% of the month. The manager even admitted that this happens very frequently and there's "unfortunately, nothing that can be done" no matter how high one escalates this situation. Imagine admitting that and knowing that you're exploiting vulnerabilities to capture profit and then hiding behind terms and conditions to justify it. I'm not sure how much more dense-minded a company's idea of ethics could be.

Went to the spectrum in the City of Seminole Center to pay my bill and they were courteous and fast. Answered all my questions, but noticed on my bill after leaving I was being charged for phone service that I did not want, so had to call them and they did remove it. I had stated we only set up TV and Internet to the gentleman but he didn't catch it after all. Otherwise easy prompt service! Thanks!

Went to pay my monthly bill and the payment could not be made. I could not believe they didn't want my money. The clerk tried the three ways they have to pay a bill and none of them would take my money. Totally ridiculous. It came up on the screen my visa account has been cancelled. We hate spectrum as the provider in our building but it is what we are stuck with. The mouths on the are never synchronized so we have to change channels and then go back to the channel we want to have the voice match the way the mouth goes. Crazy.
