Hey Vicki, You can go to SSA.GOV and search the info you can do it straight from the website. Hi. From experience. I called SSI in person to get my SSI card that was lost/ stolen. Call SSI, report need of what you asking for. Only you know your basic info about u, DOB, SSI #. Or can go in person on walk in time.
